I’m continuing to repopulate the site by posting an audio or video clip every week. Here’s some audio from when I was living back in New Orleans last year, when I was able to resurrect the band. The song is called “Cold-Hearted Woman,” and it was recorded during one of our rehearsals. It kills me that we couldn’t keep the band going longer. I would have loved to see what we could have accomplished with more time together. Jose Mora (guitar), Brandon Pembo (bass) and Mark Zeller (drums) are some talented dudes, and I had a blast playing with them.

Earlier this year, I did a live online streaming of my show from the Neutral Ground Coffee House in New Orleans using my iPhone. But before I did it, I had to test out the technology to make sure it would actually work. So here is the video from that test run. It’s me playing a newer song, “My Luck,” from my bedroom.

I received a pleasant surprise this week when a friend of mine in the Houma/Thibodaux area in Louisiana informed me that she heard one of my songs, “How Could I See?” on KLRZ 100.3 FM. If that wasn’t good enough, she told me she heard it again the very next day. It’s great to know there are stations out there like KLRZ that support local music. (I know I live in New York now, but I always will be, first and foremost, a Louisiana boy.)

As I slowly but surely resuscitate this website, I’ll share with you new and older music (audio and video). But it seems only fitting to include “How Could I See?” this time around.

Please keep checking back on the site. I plan to post something new every week for a while. And if you aren’t already, please follow me on Twitter and “like” me on Facebook.

As promised, here’s “How Could I See?”:

The site has returned after a brief hiatus. But there’s still much work to be done, which is why you will find a whole lot more broken links right now than you’ll find helpful information. Until things are back to normal, visit me on Facebook and Twitter.
